Dr Matt. Ncube
Dentist
Dr Matt Ncube our principal dentist, Dr Matt established Flagstone Dental Centre to create an environment for patients that is welcoming and provides exceptional care. He prides himself in caring for patients to make their dental experience a positive one. He strives to ensure patients understand all of their treatment options so the best care and understanding can be achieved.
Dr Matt has holds a PhD in Engineering from England, Grad Diploma of Dentistry- Australia, Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science, Msc Ortho (UK). Matt is also a part time Physics lecturer at Charles Sturt University.
When not working Matt enjoys watching soccer, gardening, writing and listening to music.
Dr Matt will always greet you with a big smile and he looks forward to meeting more people from our wonderful community and providing ongoing care to maintain healthy teeth and creating some beautiful smiles.
Dr Nelka Wanigasekara
Dentist
Dr Nelka Wanigasekara has more than 13 years of experience as a general dentist.
She graduated from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka before working extensively in both the private and the pubic sector. Her work was extensive in everyday routine treatment and in particular, the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit where she spent three years.
She is a member of both the Australia Dental Association (ADA) and the Medical Council of Sri Lanka. Dr Nelka is committed to excel keeping up with developments in all areas of dentistry. She is very gentle and has a caring nature, with a particular interest in preventative dentistry and surgery.
When she's not working, she loves to enjoy time with her family, friends and her dog Vicky. She is also an avid gardener who loves to cook with her organic home grown veggies.
Dr Six Mosenki

MMedSc/MBBS (Melb) BOralH (Dent SC), MDent (Griffith) Hi my name is Seikisi (Six), I have more than a decade working experience working throughout Australia including some very remote areas as a Medical doctor in various hospitals. During my medical work I developed a passion for dental care and returned to university to complete a Masters in Dentistry.
I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and holistic patient care. Having the ability to help a patient find their confidence and enjoy their smile is very rewarding. My wife and I have four busy boys, so leisure time is limited. But when I find the spare time I enjoy cooking and listening to music.
Dr Kevin Yeager
Implant Surgeon - Dentist
Dr Kevin Yeager is a highly skilled Dentist with exceptional experience and passion for placing dental implants. His main focus is always on patient care. Dr Yeager likes to spend time with patients explaining treatment options that are available along with the proposed dental procedures that need to be completed. This is to ensure his patients feel at ease and educated about their choices for their oral health.
Dr Yeager has the experience of placing more than 5,000 dental implants. This includes single or multiple implants to replace teeth, bone grafting procedures and also wisdom teeth extractions. He graduated from Griffith University Gold Coast and earned the BOH DSc. degree and GDip in dentistry. During his degree he earned 5 academic excellence awards for being in the top 5% of students.
Dr Kevin Yeager is originally from Kentucky and immigrated to Australia after he met his Australian wife in Seattle, Washington.
Lana Ritchie

Hi I am Lana, I am a flagstone local of 10 years and have been in the Dental industry for 18 years. What I enjoy most in my role is the interaction with patients. I like knowing I have helped them feel comfortable and relaxed while in our practice as well as helping them to understand any aspect of the treatment they maybe unsure about.
When I am not working I love to spend time with my husband and 4 children travelling in our caravan and exploring Australia, in particular all our amazing beaches. I also enjoy watching my boys play Rugby League for our local football club, Jimboomba Thunder.
Debbie Brigden
Practice Manager
Hi I’m Debbie, I've lived in Cedar Grove for over 25 years so I’m local to the area. I love interacting with the patients as they walk through the door. I also enjoy having a chat with them and making them feel comfortable.
When I’m not working I love to hang out with my husband, my 2 daughters and my 4 gorgeous grandchildren. When I’m not busy with them love sitting in the sun having a cuppa with my dog.
Keira Towers
Dental Assistant
Hi I’m Keira and I'm a dental assistant! I completed my certificate 3 in Dental Assisting in mid 2022. I first decided to undergo my studies towards the end of 2021 with the hope to have even a small impact on our patients feeling confident in their smile. With the hope to soon study to become a dentist myself, I am really passionate about assisting all of our patients to understand their treatment to the full extent.
In my spare time I enjoy playing netball, and spending time with my friends and family.
Hollie Kenny

Hi I'm Hollie! I am a dental assistant here at Flagstone Dental Centre. I began working as an assistant in 2020 over in New Zealand and have since developed a great passion for the work that we do. One of the main aspects of my job, is helping patients to overcome any worries or fears they may have when it comes to the dental chair. Being able to calm and soothe these patients is something I believe is a significant part in making the dental experience much less stressful.
In my spare time, I spend time raising my beautiful daughter, with my partner, and mother in the quickly developing estate Riverton.
Gabriella Latter
Dental Assistant
Hi I'm Gabriella! I am a high school student studying a certificate 3 in dental assisting to help me in achieving my goal to becoming an orthodontist. My love for the dental industry stemmed from what originally was my love for the medical field as a whole. I'd always known since I was little that I would spend my life helping those who needed it. It wasn't until later on that I decided to choose the dental pathway as we use our teeth all day, everyday. Early 2022 is when I got my braces put on and the very first time I met Dr Matt and the Flagstone Dental team. Their support and assistance with my own teeth only made my ambitions skyrocket. From that point onwards my biggest goal was to put a bright and happy smile on peoples faces. When it comes to spare time, I spend most of it with my family and friends on the Gold Coast usually sailing either socially, competitively or just individually.
